Thomas W Rumbolt
Attorney Rumbolt attended the former North Adams State College (now Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts) graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While in college he was involved with the Student Government Association and played on the baseball team. After college he graduated from Western New England College School of Law.
Since graduating from law school in 1997, attorney Rumbolt has practiced most of his career in his own office, with his new office location opening in the summer of 2021.
With Berkshire County being his lifelong home, he enjoys providing legal assistance to residents and newcomers to the area. Volunteer efforts have included numerous coaching and board positions in local baseball and hockey programs, and still include board positions on agencies like Northern Berkshire United Way and Northern Berkshire EMS.
Thane J. Preite
Thane attended Saint Michael’s College and Albany Law School of Union University, graduating Magna Cum Laude from both. While attending Law School, he was selected as Associate Editor for the Albany Government Law Review and served in student organizations such as the Italian American Law Student Association and Elder Law Pro Bono Project.
Thane brings experience from prior employment/internships with Albany based corporate agencies and law firms. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to Probate and Estate Administration, Landlord-Tenant Matters, Business Formation and Planning, Real Estate, Contracts, Estate Planning, and Collection Matters.
He was born and raised in Berkshire County and has returned to his roots to continue his practice of law. Thane is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys golfing, bowling, and skiing in his free time. When he’s not in the office, he is likely on a plane to somewhere tropical.
